Delete your account

This deletes your Karfolio account and everything in it, permanently. You can do the same inside the app under Settings → Security → Delete account.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, vehicles and Kardex spots
  • Every drive and logbook entry, including recorded routes
  • All photos and videos you uploaded
  • Your likes, follows, blocks and challenge progress
  • Your login

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no backup we can restore from.

One thing is kept: reports other users filed about your content. They form the record that keeps our moderation meaningful, as set out in the privacy policy. Reports you filed are deleted with your account.

Confirm it is you

Enter the email address of the account. We send a six-digit code to that address; without access to the mailbox nobody can delete the account.

We send a six-digit code to this address. It expires after 15 minutes.

For your protection we give the same answer whether or not an account exists for the address you enter. Stuck? Email info@karfolio.com.
